最近、ほめてもらってますか？
周りの方たちをほめてますか？
実はそれひとつで、“楽しい”が生まれて、ものごとは動き出すのです。
2026年5月のヨリミチ部は、「“楽しい”は創れる。」がテーマ。
仕事も暮らしも、“楽しい”と感じられる状態であれば、前向きに取り組むことができ、生産性や創造性も高まり、結果として成長や成果につながっていきます。
一方で、否定的な感情にとらわれてしまうと、他責になったり、問題を先送りしたり、“その場しのぎ”を繰り返してしまいがちです。気づかないうちに、少しずつ疲れていってしまうこともあるかもしれません。
とくに、先の見えにくい時代においては、“楽しい”はどこか遠いもののように感じてしまうこともあります。
けれども、“楽しい”は創ることができるのです。
港区立産業振興センターで開催している実践型リーダー育成講座では、“楽しい”を創ることの大切さと、そのためのアプローチを、対話とAIを通じて探求してきました。そこで生まれた気づきや学びは、参加者それぞれの現場での実践へとつながっています。
今回は、その修了生でもあり、かねてから“ほめる”というシンプルでありながらエネルギーのあるアプローチで組織を支援してきた牧 泰嗣さんをゲストにお迎えし、「ほめほめワーク」を体感する特別バージョンでお届けします。
ほめる、つながる、そして“楽しい”を創り出す。
そんな時間を、みんなで一緒に体験してみませんか。
終了後は、会場を移して有志での交流会も開催予定です。

ヨリミチ部とは？
いつもとはちょっと違う人たちと、ちょっと違う会話を楽しむ井戸端会議「ヨリミチ部」。
港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムとして毎月開催し、ゲストだけでなく来場者同士もつながり、新しい発見が生まれる場を提供しています。
リアル会場ではドリンク＆スナックを囲んで交流。オンライン（Zoom）でも配信し、会場に来られない方もラジオ感覚で参加できます。初めての方も、お一人の方も大歓迎。年齢も立場も言葉も関係ありません。途中入退室ももちろんOKです。
外国人参加者も多く、国を超えたつながりが生まれるチャンスも。海外の方は日本語を、日本の方は英語で話してみる、そんなチャレンジも楽しめます。
また「ヨリミチ部」でつながった方たちの活動は、Creative Guildが継続的にサポート。ヨリミチ部以外の場にもつながる可能性をご提供しています。
※登壇者プロフィール※
○マクウェルエンパワー代表取締役 牧 泰嗣 さん
衣料品チェーンで販売員から店長、エリアマネージャー、バイヤーまでを経験し、現場からマネジメントまで幅広い実務を経験。その後、広告代理店でマーケティングの実践経験を積み、専門学校や大学では講師として教育にも携わる。
現在は株式会社マクウェルエンパワーの代表として、ポジティブマインドと文化を醸成する「ほめほめワーク」をフラッグとして、中小企業の事業成長を包括的に支援している。

– Let’s Connect Through the Homehome Workshop! –
Have you been complimented lately?
Have you been complimenting the people around you?
In fact, something as simple as that can create fun—and once fun begins to emerge, things start to move.
The theme of the May 2026 YORIMICHI Club is: “Fun” Can Be Created.
When we are in a state where we can genuinely feel that life and work are fun, we become more positive in the way we engage with things. Our productivity and creativity improve, and that naturally leads to growth and better results.
On the other hand, when we get caught up in negative emotions, we may start blaming others, putting off problems, or repeating short-term fixes. Without even noticing it, we can gradually become more and more exhausted. Especially in uncertain times, fun can begin to feel like something distant or out of reach.
And yet, fun can be created.
At the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s Practical Leadership Development Program, we have been exploring the importance of creating fun—and approaches for doing so—through dialogue and AI. The insights and learning that emerged there have already been put into practice by participants in their own workplaces and communities.
This time, we are welcoming Yasutsugu Maki as our guest for a special session featuring his Homehome Workshop. Mr. Maki is also a graduate of the Practical Leadership Development Program, and has long supported organizations through the simple yet energetic practice of giving praise and encouragement.
Complimenting. Connecting. Creating fun.

About YORIMICHI Club
YORIMICHI Club is like a neighborhood conversation circle, where you enjoy slightly different people and slightly different conversations.
Hosted monthly as part of the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, it’s a space where not only guests but also attendees connect and discover new perspectives.
At the in-person venue, enjoy casual networking over drinks and snacks. The event is also streamed online via Zoom, so you can join even if you can’t come in person—like listening to a radio show. First-timers and solo attendees are welcome. Age, background, and language don’t matter. You can also join or leave at any time.
We often welcome international participants, creating chances for cross-cultural exchange. Non-Japanese participants can try speaking Japanese, and Japanese participants can try communicating in English—it’s a friendly opportunity to step out of your comfort zone.
Connections made through YORIMICHI Club often continue beyond the event itself, with Creative Guild providing ongoing support for participants’ initiatives.

Yasutsugu Maki
CEO, Macwell Empower Inc.
Mr. Maki began his career in an apparel retail chain, where he gained extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of roles—from sales staff to store manager, area manager, and buyer—covering both frontline operations and management.
He later moved into an advertising agency, where he further developed his expertise in marketing. In parallel, he has also been engaged in education, serving as a lecturer at vocational schools and universities.
Currently, as the CEO of Macwell Empower Inc., he supports the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises through a comprehensive approach. At the core of his work is the “Homehome Workshop,” a simple yet powerful method centered on praise, designed to foster positive mindsets and organizational cultures.
