Originally from Australia, John holds degrees in Software Engineering and Biomedical Science from The University of Queensland. He has worked as a data analyst and software engineer. Applying AI, embedded systems, and emerging technologies across his work.
He is currently the founder of TiviTi Co., Ltd., where he is developing AI-powered solutions that combine real-time conversational AI with supply chain provenance, helping consumers better understand the products they use.
Inspired by Japan’s culture and business environment, John chose to build his company in Japan. While continuing to improve his Japanese, he draws on his firsthand experience as an international entrepreneur launching a business in Japan, applying emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges and create greater transparency for consumers.
オーストラリア出身。クイーンズランド大学でソフトウェアエンジニアリングと生物医学を学び、データアナリストおよびソフトウェアエンジニアとして、AI、組み込みシステム、新興テクノロジーを活用した開発に携わってきた。
現在は株式会社TiviTiの代表として、リアルタイムAIとサプライチェーン技術を組み合わせ、消費者が製品に関する情報をより深く理解できるソリューションの開発に取り組んでいる。
日本の文化やビジネス環境に魅力を感じ、日本を拠点に起業。現在も日本語を学び続けながら、日本で事業を立ち上げた外国人起業家としての実体験を活かし、新しいテクノロジーを通じて社会課題の解決と消費者への透明性向上を目指している。

After graduating from Monash University in Australia, Tsugumi Aoki began her career as a certified Japanese language instructor before becoming an Administrative Scrivener and Social Insurance and Labor Consultant.
Combining her experience in Japanese language education with legal and labor consulting, she supports international residents, entrepreneurs, and companies with visa applications, business establishment, employment procedures, and regulatory compliance. Her mission is to make Japan’s legal and administrative systems easier to navigate, helping clients build successful lives and businesses in Japan with confidence.
オーストラリアのモナッシュ大学卒業後、日本語教師としてキャリアをスタート。その後、行政書士・社会保険労務士として、日本で暮らす外国人や海外企業、起業家に対し、在留資格、定款認証を含む法人設立手続き、雇用・労務、各種行政手続きなど幅広い支援を行っている。
日本語教育と法務・労務の両方の経験を活かし、日本の制度や手続きを分かりやすく伝えながら、一人ひとりの状況に寄り添ったサポートを提供。外国人が安心して日本で生活し、働き、事業を展開できるよう、複雑な行政・法務手続きを円滑に進めることを使命としている。
Yuriko Otaki｜大瀧ゆり子

After graduating from Doshisha University in 1998, Yuriko Otaki began her career as an SAP consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2001, she joined Pictet Japan, a Swiss asset management company, where she worked in product development and marketing, eventually serving as Head of Product Marketing. Over 24 years, she specialized in financial product planning and marketing.
After renting out her own apartment to a foreign resident, she became aware of the many challenges international residents face in daily life in Japan. In 2025, she established Conceptié Japan LLC and Conceptié Realty Co., Ltd., providing integrated support that starts with housing and extends to daily life assistance and connections with local communities.
1998年に同志社大学卒業後、プライス・ウォーターハウス・コンサルタントにてSAPコンサルタントとして従事。2001年にスイス系資産運用会社ピクテ・ジャパンへ入社し、商品開発、マーケティングを経て、プロダクト・マーケティング部長を務めるなど、24年間にわたり金融商品の企画・マーケティングに携わる。
自ら所有するマンションを外国人に賃貸したことをきっかけに、日本で暮らす外国人が生活全般において多くの課題を抱えていることを実感。2025年にコンセプティエ・ジャパン合同会社、コンセプティエ・リアルティ株式会社を設立し、住まいを起点に、生活支援や地域とのつながりまでを一貫してサポートする事業を展開している。

The Minato City Industry Promotion Center is a next-generation hub for industrial development, designed to unite the strengths of businesses, people, and the local community, while providing access to the latest information and technologies. The Center opened in April 2022 within the Fudanotsuji Square complex.
